Abe Elenkrieg or Elenkrig (1878 – 1965) was a trumpeter, barber and bandleader of "Abe Elenkrig's Yiddishe Orchestra" and the "Hebrew Bulgarian Orchestra".
Connoisseurs consider his klezmer records the great neglected treasures of klezmer music. One of the first recordings of klezmer music was made by Abe in 1913.
Some of Abe's recordings include:
- "Der Rebe iz Gegangen" (The Rabbi is Gone)
- "Fon der Choope" (From the Wedding)
- "Nit ba Motin"
- "Di Mame iz Gegangen" (Mama is Gone)
