род. 1894 г. Учился в гимназии в Минске. С 1912 года студент юридического факультета Петербургского психоневрологического института. Меньшевик. С конца 1920 года подвергался неоднократным арестам и ссылкам (Грузия, Чимкент, Ярославль, Челябинск (политизолятор), Тобольск(политизолятор), Обдорск, Самарово) .С декабря 1930 года отбывал ссылку в Омске. Последний раз арестован в 1937 году. Умер на следствии в Омской тюрьме 20.07.1938 г.
