сын провизора. Студент Мед.-Хир. ак-ии. По агент. сведениям, проживая в 1878 г. в Кенигсберге, принадлежал к револ. общ-ву. Обыскан и арестован в Петербурге 24 марта 1879 г. в связи с розысками Л. Мирского. В 1883 г. получил звание лекаря. Впоследствии — д-р медицины. В 1900-х г.г. — врач в Вильно, старший врач виленского еврейского госпиталя. Член городского комитета Вильны с 1909 года.
