Linda Pritzker - Biography

Linda Pritzker (born 1953, Chicago, Illinois) is an heir to the Hyatt Hotel fortune, the second of five children of businessman Robert Pritzker, a co-founder of that chain. Pritzker is herself a billionaire, and has been listed on the Forbes 400. In 2011, she was listed at 273.

Pritzker is known as a donor to Democratic Party candidates and causes. According to her advisors, Pritzker has donated approximately US$ 20,000 to MoveOn.Org.

Pritzker identifies herself as a psychotherapist with a Jungian approach. She is the author of The Princess Who Wept Pearls: The Feminine Journey in Fairy Tales.
