Alexei Uchitel - biography

Aleksei Efimovich Uchitel (Russian: Алексей Ефимович Учитель; born August 31, 1951, in Leningrad) is a Russian film director. His 2010 film The Edge has been selected as the Russian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 83rd Academy Awards.
