— город в Галиции. Быть может, королевская привилегия 1550 г., данная евреям Коморно, относится к этому К. В 1765 г. в кагальном округе К. — 1594 евр.-плательщиков подушной подати (в самом К. — 686). В 1900 г. евреи, в числе 2507 чел., составляли около половины населения К. — Ср.: M. Bersohn, Dyplomataryusz żydów W dawnej Polsce, № 53.
