Давид Лабковский (1906-1991) - родился в Вильно, в 1924 завершил обучение в школе как художник-декоратор, 1935-37 гг - Академию художеств в Ленинграде. Участник группы художников "Молодая Вильна". 1932 год - принимал участие в разработке проекта Национального Идиш Театра в Москве. Эмигрировал в Израиль в 1958 году, с 1960 жил в Цфате. Работы Лабковского хранятся в музее города Рамат-Ган, где он и умер в 1991 году.
