I grew up listening my grandmother telling me our family comes from URSS/Ukrane. The first Fainstein of our clan who feet on brasilan land was Cheiva Fainstein with your last two alive children, Shlomon Fainstein (my great grandfather) and David Fainsteins, this last one died without herders. All I know is her hursband and anothers children were killed by Russian Comunist Army after or near by the Revolution. Maybe there are others relatives in Argentina, USA, Europe - shoah survivors, Urugay, Chile and Eretz Israel.
