В 1923 году Симха получил разрешение на выезд в Польшу, где проживала его невеста Рая Тучинская. Вскоре они переехали в Германию, там получили высшее образование, и в 1933 году английские власти разрешили им въезд в Палестину; они поселились в г. Реховоте — научном центре страны уже в то время. В течение многих лет брат занимался научной работой, написал ряд книг по математической физике.
